Roger Allen Curtis, Defendant in the murder of James A. Xidas,  was indicted by the Clinton County Grand Jury on May 18, 2011 for the following charges:  Three Counts of Kidnapping; Two Counts of Aggravated Robbery; Breaking and Entering; Petty Theft; Theft; Three Counts of Aggravated Murder and Specifications to the three counts of Aggravated Murder.
