Robert F. Skinner has been sentenced to a three year prison term for Felonious Assault and Gun Specification after pleading guilty to the charges in July, 2011.  The defendant has also been ordered to pay restitution to the victim and to forfeit the weapon to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.
