Juvenile Division

The Juvenile Division of the Prosecutor’s Office deals with children who commit criminal offenses while under the age of 18.  Tom Culpepper is the Assistant Prosecutor who handles the delinquent and unruly cases in this division.  Mr. Culpepper works closely with law enforcement and school officials in Clinton County to resolve offenses such as assault, trafficking and possession of drugs, underage drinking and traffic violations.

Mr. Culpepper provides 24 hour legal assistance to local law enforcement agencies and works closely with the Juvenile Probation Department in regards to juveniles who have committed an offense.  Kimberly Stratemeyer provides Victim Witness assistance and administrative support in this division.  These cases are heard before the Juvenile Division of the Clinton County Common Pleas Court.
