Brian has been with the Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office since April, 2007. During his tenure with the office Brian began working with the Child Support Enforcement Agency in prosecuting defendants for non-payment of child support. He then assisted the Clinton County Children’s Services in prosecuting abuse, neglect, and dependency cases. In late 2008, Brian began handling felony criminal cases and was appointed Chief Felony Prosecutor in January of 2009. In this capacity, he is responsible for the supervision of all felony prosecutions. Brian manages the grand jury process and assists with the initial intake of charges. He has assisted with a wide variety of cases including: thefts, assaults, drug trafficking and murder. Brian is also responsible for answering the appeals filed by defendants.
