Tom has been with the Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office since July 2008 and is responsible for the prosecution of felony, misdemeanor, tobacco, traffic, truancy and unruly complaints against juveniles.  Tom also prosecutes contributing and truancy complaints against the parents and guardians of juveniles.
