Clinton County

Prosecuting Attorney

Andrew T. McCoy has been with the Clinton County Prosecutor’s Office since 2007 and was appointed Chief General Counsel in January, 2009. In this capacity, he has a broad range of responsibilities in both the criminal and civil divisions. He is responsible for prosecuting felonies from initial charges through trial and sentencing. To date he has successfully prosecuted defendants on charges including: drug trafficking, sex crimes, grand thefts, felonious assaults and attempted murder.
