Ballard sentenced to two-years of Community Control Sanctions

William Ballard has been sentenced to a two-year term of Community Control Sanctions upon his pleas of guilt for Breaking & Entering.  The defendant was also sentenced to a 6-month jail term at the Clinton County Jail, but will be suspended on March 13, 2012 to allow Defendant an early opportunity to attend the STAR Program for individualized treatment.  The defefant has been ordered to pay restitution to Creekside Kennel in the amount of $2,750.00 and shall have “no contact” with Kenneth Davis, the owner of Creekside Kennel.
