Gauden receives Commuity Control Sanctions

Mick A. Gauden has been sentenced to a 2-year term of Community Control Sanctions for his plea of guilty in March, 2012.  The defendant was charged in 4 separate cases for 3 counts of Failure to Appear, Aggravated Possession of Drugs(Methamphetamine), and Corrupting Another with Drugs.  The defedant’s 6-month jail sentenced will be suspended  on May 8, 2012 to allow the defendant an early opportunity to attend the STAR Program for individualized treatment. Defendant is ordered to have “no contact” with the victims of the crimes.
