Dylan C. Nelson was sentenced to two (2) years of community control sanctions after his plea of guilty to Inducing Panic, a felony of the third degree under Section 2917.31 (A)(1) of the Ohio Revised Code. This sentence resolves the criminal matter of the bomb threat phoned in to East Clinton High School. Mr. Nelson will serve the two years of community control sanctions under the Basic Supervision Module of the Clinton County Community Supervision Program. Mr. Nelson has also been ordered to complete 100 hours of community service, pay a $500.00 fine, supervision fees, and submit to random testing for alcohol and drug use.
