Defendants Receive Community Control Sanctions

Frank Kolodziejski, convicted of Failure to Appear and Trafficking in Heroin under two separate felony criminal cases, has been sentenced to two years of community control sanctions.  Mr. Kolodziejski is subject to a twelve month prison term if he does not comply with local sanctions.

 

William J. Marshall, having been convicted of Theft, has been sentenced to two years of community control sanctions.  Mr. Marshall shall make restitution to the victim of the criminal case and will be subject to the Basic Supervision Program of the Probation Department.  Mr. Marshall is subject to a nine month prison term if he does not comply with local sanctions.

 

Ryan K. Campbell, having been convicted of Breaking and Entering, has been sentenced to two years of Community Control Sanctions under the Intense Supervision Program of the Probation Department.   Mr. Campbell shall make restitution to the Xenia Avenue Market.  Mr. Campbell is subject to a twelve month prison term if he does not comply with local sanctions.
