Joseph S. Eury was found guilty of Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs, Illegal Manufacture of Drugs, and Endangering Children in a Bench Trial in the Clinton County Common Pleas Court. Mr. Eury will serve a prison term of six years of which the first five years are mandatory. Eury then pled No Contest in another felony criminal case involving Illegal Assembly or Possession of Chemicals for the Manufacture of Drugs and was sentenced to a five year mandatory prison term. These terms of imprisonment shall run concurrently.
